Step 1: Submit online registration form

This is a one-time only form required for insurance purposes.

Step 2: Download "Team App" on your phone

Or you can just use the website: www.pickleballwest.teamapp.com

This is where you will book and pay for your spots each session.

Step 3: Find Pickleball West, and request to join it by creating an account

Mobile App: Use the app on your phone to search for Pickleball West, and create your account.

Website: Use the website: www.pickleballwest.teamapp.com and click JOIN to create your account.

This is where you will book and pay for your spots each session.

Step 4: Request to join Monday and/or Friday access group(s)

This doesn't commit you to play in any session.

Step 5: Once you've been accepted, click on Teams

Step 6: To book a spot for Friday 2nd July, click Friday Wanneroo

Step 7: Click Schedule

Step 8: Click Friday Wanneroo Social 7:00 - 8:30pm, 2 Jul

If you can't see the events yet, then you haven't been accepted into the Team yet. Please wait for us to accept you.

Step 9: Click Purchase Tickets

If you don't see a purchase tickets button, then either this event is too far in the future to buy a ticket for, or this event is sold out.

Step 10: Complete your ticket purchase by selecting the ticket quantity and entering required details

The only required details are the player name(s) and credit card details.

Ticket Purchased: The ticket that you purchased will be at the bottom of the event

So check at the bottom of the event if you can't remember if you've purchased a ticket or not.

Cancellations: Ticket cancellations are not possible

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to sell your ticket to another player. You could use the comments (chat) feature on Team App inside the event, or Facebook messenger or some other means to get in touch with players. If you do sell your ticket, please send us an sms to advise us of the player change on 0417 950 474.
