Sessions are now held on our 4 indoor courts until the end of winter to escape the rain and wind! Our booking method has slightly changed - you still must book by 6pm, but you book by “RSVPing” instead of purchasing a ticket, and you’re able to cancel your booking by 6pm without having to pay.

RSVPs will open for each session at 7:30pm the Monday prior.
You can RSVP from the Schedule Screen:
1. Press RSVP
2. Select Yes as your reply
3. Press Save
Or you can RSVP from the event screen:
1. Press the Yes button
Green means you have a spot, yellow means you’re on the waiting list in case someone cancels.

If you’re on the waiting list, you must make sure you refresh the app at 6pm to check if you’ve been moved up to the player list due to a cancellation (your RSVP will change to green if this is the case).
- - - HOW TO CANCEL BY 6PM - - -
You can cancel your booking from the Schedule page:
1. Press whatever your RSVP is (“Going” or “Waiting”)
2. Select “Cancel” as your reply
3. Press Save
Or you can cancel your booking from the event page:
1. Press “No”
If you cancel your booking before 6pm, the first person on the waiting list will be allocated your spot, so you won’t have to pay.

But if you need to cancel after 6pm, please sms Jayne on 0417 950 474 so she knows to redo the match-ups with you removed. You will be expected to pay for that session since the cut-off would’ve passed for someone on the waiting list to be allocated the spot you had taken.
- - - BOOKING FOR 2 PEOPLE - - -
Each Stack Team App account can only RSVP for one player - you might like to be logged into one account on the app and one account on a browser to easily book for 2 people without logging in and out of two accounts. (Eg on Safari or Chrome, go to https://pickleballwest.teamapp.com/). Message Jayne on 0417 950 474 if you need a second account created.

Indoor sessions are $14pp. On the night of the session, please transfer to the Pickleball West bank account using internet banking:

Sessions will be $9pp when we return to our outdoor courts in September. Thanks so much for your understanding with this increase of $1 - like everything at the moment, our court hire fees have increased and thanks to the horrible USD exchange rate, the cost of balls has almost doubled.
